I AM WORKING MY SQUAD USING USRPT .I LACK CONFIDENCE WITH THE FORMAT BECAUSE IT I9S SO DIFFERENT .BUT THE REASONING FOR IT IS PERSUASIVE

I'd like to know if USRPT has been done on age group swimmers 12&under. What are the results? And what type of distances are they swimming in a practice. And I am referring to age groupers who are already hitting national age group time standards AA and above.

i would like to get a sample weekly grid or chart of how ultra short race pace sets can be distributed as the season progresses
